This hotel's location is ideal, within walking distance of many interesting sites. the staff is friendly and accommodating, despite limited English proficiency. the included breakfast is good, and the housekeeping staff does a great job of keeping the rooms clean and providing necessary amenities like bottled water. There is also a water machine in the lobby.
Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

The hotel made sure I had plenty of options for breakfast, whether I wanted a buffet or à la carte. The 24hr reception was also very convenient, because who knows when I might need assistance in the middle of the night? And the conference hall? Perfect for those impromptu business meetings, am I right?
Oh, what's not to love about a hotel where nothing goes wrong? Perfect cleanliness, flawless service, and absolutely no inconveniences whatsoever.

I had a wonderful stay at a centrally located hotel in Kashgar. The hotel had a great atmosphere with Uighur staff, which added to the local experience. The night market across the road was a convenient place to grab delicious food, and flagging down cabs was hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel.

Situated in a prime location, we were able to easily explore the nearby historical sites. the staff was accommodating and helpful, with one member even fluent in English which made communication simpler. the breakfast spread was decent.
The hotel was uncomfortably hot and the air conditioning couldn't be turned on despite the heat. the language barrier did cause some confusion since most staff didn't speak English.

The hotel was quite affordable and easily accessible from the major tourist attractions. The staff was polite and respectful. The hotel decor was impressive and the rooms were impeccably clean.
The lack of English-speaking staff made communication quite difficult. the hot water supply didn't work properly during the first two days of my stay, leaving me with cold showers.
